(i) All goods offered for sale on this website are of satisfactory quality and meet any description of them.
(ii) Whilst every effort as been made to accurately reproduce the colours and dimensions of the prints, variation in both user settings and monitors may cause fluctuation under some circumstances for which I cannot be held responsible.
(iii) I reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, products, prices and conditions of sale
(i) All items offered for sale on my website are manufactured upon demand. Discontinued products are removed from the site immediately and not offered for sale.
(ii) I do very occasionally experience unexpected delays with my suppliers (particularly in relation to framed prints which are produced externally by an independent specialist framing company) and in such exceptional circumstances, should there be any exception to my normal timetable, I will contact you immediately.
(i) Orders must be placed either through my website or by telephone.
(ii) I reserve the right to accept or decline an order.
(iii) Customers placing an order by telephone do so on the understanding that by so doing they are in acceptance of my terms and conditions of business.
(i) Wherever shipping is charged, I endeavour to keep shipping costs to a minimum, and the charges I make are directly related to the value and weight of your order and its destination.
(ii) The amount you are to be charged for shipping, if applicable, will be clearly shown at the checkout stage BEFORE you are requested for payment.
(i) With few exceptions I normally start work on your order immediately upon receipt, and a commercial invoice will be provided at that time. I will send you an e-mail to advise you that I am about to despatch your order, and again when it has been despatched.
(ii) I cannot give any precise guarantees on delivery once an item is in the hands of a courier, but if you have not received your order within 3 working days of the shipping e-mail please contact me immediately.
(iii) All shipments are of either a weight or bulk that require someone to be present at the delivery address. Please, therefore ensure that someone is available to accept the shipment at the addresss offered for delivery. In most circumstances, my carriers will leave a card and make a further call to deliver items if they cannot do so at first attempt. I do offer the option of delivery to an alternative delivery address at checkout; if this is more suitable or convenient to you - please use it.
(iv) An additional delivery charge will be levied if the items are returned to me for repeat shipment or if a change of delivery address is requested once the items have been shipped.
(v) If you have any urgent or special delivery requirements, then please contact me by telephone - before you place an order.
I am not VAT registered, so tax will not be applied to my charges.
(i) My cancellation and returns policy conforms to the requirements set out in the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as amended by the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014), but is also subject to the exclusions explained in (ii) below.
(ii) My prints are not 'stock items'; they are manufactured specifically to meet a customer's order. In accordance with the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as amended by the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) they qualify for exclusion from the normal rules under the 'Tailor Made and Personalised Goods' clause.
(iii) Customers are perfectly entitled to cancel an order that they place before it has been shipped, however that is not the case once an order has been manufactured and shipped.
(iv) For the reasons explained in para (ii) above, refunds requested for cancelled orders or returned goods for reasons other than defects in manufacture or damage in transit should not therefore be considered as a right. However, in certain circumstances I will consider offering, without prejudice, a goodwill refund of up to 50% (fifty per cent) of the cost of the goods plus the outward shipping, but any such a refund will be made entirely at my discretion.
(v) Any refund, made for whatever reason, will be issued only upon the complete and safe return of the product. However, except in the case where the goods are received faulty or damaged and the customer wishes to return them for a full refund, the arrangements for, and cost of the return shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.
(vi) Because my prints and frames are sold subject to the 'Tailor Made and Personalised Goods' clause within the Distance Selling Regulations I strongly advise customers to ensure that they are familiar with product and product specifications before they place an order.
(i) All of my products come with a 30 day no-quibble money-back guarantee.
(ii) My prints are manufactured individually for each customer and they are inspected before shipment to ensure that they are in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with the merchantable quality of our products, or if they arrive in a damaged condition, then I will replace them or provide a full credit including postal charges upon safe receipt of the returned goods.
(iii) Any damages must be advised to me within 7 working days of receipt of your order.
(iv) My guarantee is additional to, and in no way affects, your statutory rights as a consumer.
