Snowdon Morning Mists

Morning mists lift from The Snowdon Horseshoe and Llynnau Mymbyr

This image was taken on the very last photoshoot that I carried out in Snowdonia. When I arrived on location the Llynnau Mymbyr and the Snowdon Horseshoe beyond were covered in a thin veil of mist that provided a most haunting atmosphere. An hour after I took this image the mountains and lakes were beautifully clear and provided me with a second image which is available elsewhere on the site and entitled "Snowdon Reflections".
