Sunset Over Kangchenjunga from the Singalila Ridge, Sikkim
Amidst breaking cloud the setting sun finally reveals and illuminates the entire Kangchenjunga massif. The subsidiary but notable peak to the left of the image is Jannu. The main summit of Kangchenjunga is less distinct but is the central summit of the group to the right of picture. The image was taken from a camp at Sandakphu on the Singalila Ridge in Sikkim.
