About the Print ...

My mountain prints are painstakingly crafted and printed from only my very best images which were captured using high end professional cameras and lenses, in particular the Fuji GX617 panoramic camera, one of several Canon EOS full frame digital cameras or, more recently, the powerful and highly acclaimed Nikon D850 digital camera.

I have chosen to produce all my prints on Fotospeed Metallic Gloss 275gsm paper. Fotospeed are a market leader in inkjet media manufacture and are used by numerous professional photographers the world over. This ArtSure approved paper is a flat, stiff, middle-weight paper with a metallic effect gloss finish. It has a wide colour gamut and high D-Max (black density) and produces ultra sharp high resolution images with bold colours and saturation, making it ideally suited to my subject material which is better described as 'Photographic' rather than 'Fine Art'.

More information about my prints can be found on my "About the Mountain Prints" page.
